MEET THE PASTOR'S FAMILY
Jack & Brianne Powless
Pastor Jack Powless was raised in London, Ontario, in a missionary family. After high school, he attended Hyles-Anderson College where he met his wife, Brianne. They married and moved to Northern Michigan where Jack worked in industrial welding until the Lord led him into full-time ministry as an assistant pastor in Rogers City, Michigan.
Brianne was born and raised in Rogers City, growing up in the same church where she and Jack would later serve together. Their time in Rogers City has brough spiritual growth and experience in ministry, as well as two beautiful children, Laken (3) and London (1).
Pastor Jack has a deep love for the Lord and a heart for encouraging others to grow in their faith!
He and Brianne have accepted the call to serve at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Hessel, Michigan as interim pastor, and count it a privilege to seek the Lord alongside this amazing church family. They warmly invite you to join them as they seek to glorify God, grow together in His Word, and share the love of Christ with the community.
